Mitigation 4.14-1(b): The mitigation measure requiring the preparation of a Countywide Trip Reduction
Ordinance will be done by COG for the Congestion Management Plan, rather than as part of the County's
Development Title as contained in the mitigation measure.
Mitigation 4.15-1(e): The mitigation requiring new policies to encourage telecommuting have already been
incorporated into the Draft General Plan 2010 by virtue of the County's home occupation provisions.
Mitigation 15-2(a): The mitigation requiring 1000-foot-wide buffers between residential and agricultural uses
has been reduced to 500 feet as discussed under Mitigation 4.1-2(a) above.
Mitigation 15-2(b): The mitigation measure requiring buffers between residential and industrial uses
(specifically the waste treatment plant) has already been addressed in the revised land use diagram,
which eliminates this conflict. It has also been discussed in the staff analysis and Attachment C-1.
Cumulative Impact Mitigation Measures: The mitigation monitoring program contains 22 measures which
address each of the project's identified impacts on a cumulative level; mitigations are directed at the
General Plan 2010 and its related programs for implementation. This portion of the table has been
deleted, since it will be addressed and appropriately incorporated into the General Plan 2010 process.
These measures will be discussed in more detail in the staff analysis for the General Plan 2010 mitigation
monitoring program.
Attachment A - 2 - (PC: 4-9-92)
