E. CONTAINMENT <br /> The Permittee shall operate and maintain the container storage <br /> containment system in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR <br /> 264 .175, as specified in Sections VI.A and VIII.0 of the Part B <br /> Application. [40 CFR 264.175] <br /> F. INSPECTION SCHEDULES AND PROCEDURES <br /> The Permittee shall inspect the Building 804A container area weekly, <br /> in accordance with Section VIII.D of the Part B Application, to <br /> detect leaking containers and deterioration of containers and the <br /> containment system caused by corrosion and other factors . [40 CFR <br /> 264.174] <br /> G. RECORD KEEPING <br /> The Permittee shall place the results of all waste analyses and in <br /> the facility operating record. [40 CFR 264.73] <br /> H. CLOSURE <br /> At closure of Building 804A, the Permittee shall remove all hazardous <br /> waste and hazardous waste residues from the containment system in <br /> accordance with Section XIII of the Part B Application. [40 CFR <br /> 264.178] <br /> I. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR INCOMPATIBLE WASTE <br /> 1. The Permittee shall not place incompatible wastes or incompatible <br /> wastes and material in the same container, unless the Permittee <br /> complies with 40 CFR 264.17(b) as specified in Section VIII.0 of <br /> the Part B Application. The Permittee shall not place hazardous waste in an unwashed <br /> container that previously held an incompatible waste or material, <br /> as specified in Section VIII.0 of the Part B Application and as <br /> required by 40 CFR 264.177(b) . The Permittee shall separate containers of incompatible wastes as <br /> specified in Section VIII.0 of the Part B Application, and as <br /> required by 40 CFR 264.177(c) .
