8. Hazardous Waste List <br /> The owner or operator shall maintain a current list of <br /> hazardous wastes that can be accepted by the facility. The <br /> owner or operator shall, as necessary, update the hazardous <br /> waste list presented in the approved Operation Plan. Any <br /> additions to the list must be approved by the Department <br /> prior to their inclusion. <br /> 9. Inspection and Entry <br /> The owner or operator shall allow authorized <br /> representatives of the Department, the State Water Resource <br /> Control Board, a Regional Water Quality Control Board, or <br /> the local health agency, upon the presentation of <br /> credentials and other documents as may be required by law <br /> to: <br /> a. Enter at reasonable times upon the owner's or <br /> operator' s premises where a regulated facility or <br /> activity is located or conducted, or where records <br /> must be kept under the conditions of this permit; <br /> b. Have access to and copy, at reasonable times, any <br /> records that must be kept under the conditions of this <br /> permit; <br /> C. Inspect at reasonable times any facilities, equipment <br /> (including monitoring and control equipment) , <br /> practices, or operations regulated or required under <br /> this permit; and <br /> d. Sample, monitor, or take photographs at reasonable <br /> times, for the purposes of assuring permit compliance <br /> or, as otherwise authorized by law, any substances or <br /> parameters at any location. <br /> 10. Planned Changes <br /> The owner or operator shall obtain approval from the <br /> Department as soon as possible and at least 30 days in <br /> advance of any planned physical alterations or additions <br /> affecting operation of the hazardous waste area of the <br /> permitted facility. <br /> 11. Anticipated Noncompliance <br /> The owner or operator shall give advance notice to the <br /> Department of any planned changes in the permitted facility <br /> or activity which may result in noncompliance with permit <br /> requirements. The owner or operator shall report to the <br /> California Office of Emergency Services (800) 852-7550 any <br /> circumstances that may endanger public health or the <br /> environment immediately upon becoming aware of the <br /> incident. <br /> r <br /> -5- <br />
