The parties enter into this Agreement pursuant to a <br /> 2 compromise and settlement of disputed claims for the purpose of <br /> 3 furthering the public interest. <br /> 4 SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br /> 5 7. Respondent shall comply with the following: <br /> 6 7.1. Respondent shall comply with the requirements of <br /> 7 the negotiated Federal Facility Site Remediation Agreement <br /> 8 (Agreement) for the removal of the underground tank storage <br /> 9 system for Building 707 if the Agreement is in existence within <br /> 10 sixty (60) days of Respondent executing this document. If the <br /> 11 negotiated Agreement is not in place within sixty (60) days of <br /> 12 the execution this Order, then Respondent shall follow the <br /> 13 cleanup provisions of Chapter 6.8 of the Health and Safety Code <br /> 14 to the extent that they apply. <br /> 15 7.2. Respondent shall comply with all other provisions <br /> 16 of the Enforcement Order Schedule of Compliance. <br /> 17 7.3. Submittals: All submittals from Respondent <br /> 18 pursuant to this Order shall be sent simultaneously to: <br /> 19 Charles A.
