S...I....i....�.....A... <br /> x <br /> x M , <br /> ,, ««.,. <br /> As the waste shipment is transported from the store to the disposal facility, the <br /> original manifest itself will remain with the waste for tracking purposes.Each of <br /> the duplicate pages goes to a different destination: <br /> ■ Generator(Store)copy:The generator copy stays with the store and is filed in <br /> the HHM Records Binder. <br /> ■ State copy:The state copy is sent to the state by the transporter. <br /> ■ Transporter copy:The transporter keeps the transporter copy. <br /> ■ Disposal Site copy:The disposal facility copy is kept by the disposal facility. <br /> To verify that the hazardous waste manifest is accurate,the Store Manager or <br /> MOD must review and verify the hazardous waste manifest and shipping <br /> papers for every waste shipment.
