SPCC PLAN 0 Stockton Center 21 <br /> The site is approximately 618,000 square feet of paved area. There currently is an 11,622 <br /> square foot one story building on the site, which includes a vehicle maintenance shop and <br /> office space and a 133,920 square foot two story distribution center, which also includes <br /> office space. Refer to the Site Plan in Exhibit B for information regarding the existing <br /> building and ancillary facility details. <br /> The facility can be divided into three major elements: (1) Maintenance Facility, (2) <br /> Distribution Center, and (3) Yard Area. Refer to Exhibit B for the details of these areas. <br /> 1.3 BULK PETROLEUM STORAGE (MAXIMUM POTENTIAL INVENTORY) <br /> (112.7(a)(3)) <br /> The maximum possible inventory of petroleum fluids at the facility is 21,220 gallons.
