SPCC PLAN Stockton Center 21
2.6 DELIVERY SPILL CONTAINMENT EQUIPMENT
A spill containment box/bucket (spill box) is used on the above ground tanks. It is
constructed to protect against spills during the delivery of fuel to the tank. This box/bucket
is constructed of impervious material and is very effective in containing small spills during
tank filling. These devices are equipped with drain valves, so any spilled product can be
drained back into the tank or disposed of properly.
It is the responsibility of the Service Manager to ensure that system tests and inspections
are made each month and recorded on the Daily and Weekly Inspection Log — see Exhibit
C.
3.0 FUEL PIPING/DISPENSING SYSTEMS
The above ground single wall piping is visually inspected at least once a month for any
signs of leakage.
