SPCC PLAN Stockton Center 21 <br /> 9.0 DEMONSTRATION OF PRACTICABILITY— 40 CFR 112.7(c) <br /> Martin-Brower management has determined that use of primary and secondary <br /> containment structures, oil/water separators and readily available equipment to prevent <br /> discharges of oils and/or liquids from reaching navigable waters is practical and effective at <br /> the Stockton facility.
