Failed to conduct daily inspections of the hazardous waste tank. Use the provided form or <br />equivalent. Send a copy of the filled out daily inspection form to the EHD by December 4, 2010. <br />44. A hazardous waste contingency plan was not available for review. Produce a contingency plan for <br />the facility and send a copy to the EHD by December 4, 2010. Train the employees on the contingency <br />plan. The inspector provided guidance for the plan. <br />Notes <br />1. The facility generated 25 tons of hazardous waste in 2009 according to facility records. Wastes <br />include oil, coolant, waste water, oil filters, brake rotor shavings, car batteries and brake fluid. <br />2.
