WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1,C CORMICK AND BAXTER CREOSOTING COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 2. The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5. <br /> 3. The maximum daily discharge shall not exceed 255,000 gallons (11 1/sec). <br /> 4. The discharger shall use the best practicable cost effective control <br /> technique currently available to limit mineralization to no more than <br /> a reasonable increment. <br /> 5. The maximum temperature of the discharge shall not exceed the ambient <br /> temperature of Mormon Slough by more than 200F. <br /> 6. The temperature of the discharge shall not exceed 860F at any time. <br /> 7. The discharge shall not contain toxic materials in concentrations <br /> detrimental to human, plant, animal, bird or fish life. <br /> B. Effluent Limitations, Discharge 002: <br /> 1. The temperature of the discharge shall not exceed 860F at any time. <br /> 2. The discharge shall not contain constituents in excess of the following <br /> limits: <br /> 30-day Daily <br /> Constituent Units Average Maximum <br /> Arsenic mg/l 0.05 0.1 <br /> lbs/day 0.08 0.17 <br /> Copper mg/1 0.05 0.1 <br /> lbs/day 0.08 0.17 <br /> Pentachlorophenol mg/l - .0.01 <br /> lbs/day - - - 0.02 <br /> Oil and Grease mg/l - e - 10. <br /> lbs/day - - - 17.. <br /> 2.
