WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1,C CORMICK AND BAXTER CREOSOTING COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 2. The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5. <br /> 3. The maximum daily discharge shall not exceed 255,000 gallons (11 1/sec). <br /> 4. The discharger shall use the best practicable cost effective control <br /> technique currently available to limit mineralization to no more than <br /> a reasonable increment. <br /> 5. The maximum temperature of the discharge shall not exceed the ambient <br /> temperature of Mormon Slough by more than 200F. <br /> 6. The temperature of the discharge shall not exceed 860F at any time. <br /> 7.
