Practice for <br />Determining the Qualifications of <br />E 548-79 Testing and Inspection Agencies, Practice for <br />Generic Criteria for Use in Evaluation of <br />1.2 QUALITY CONTROL: Quality Control of this contract will be administered <br />under the General Provisions Clause entitled, "Inspection of Construction". <br />1.2.1 Contractor Inspection Plan: The Contractor shall furnish four copies <br />of the Contractor Inspection (CI) plan to the Contracting Officer within 15 <br />calendar days after receipt of the Notice of Award. The CI plan shall detail <br />the procedures, instructions, and reports to be used to assure compliance <br />with the contract. Unless specifically authorized by the Contracting Officer <br />in writing, no construction will be started until the CI plan is approved. <br />This plan will include, as a minimum: <br />r. quality • M. organization in cha.rt form, showing the <br />relationship of the quality controlorganization ti other elementsof <br />b. Names and qualifications of personnel in the quality control <br />organization. <br />c. Area of responsibility and authority of each individual in the quality <br />
