The <br />sampling and testing shall be performed in accordance with 40 CRF 261. Meet <br />all applicable requirements in this process. Hazardous material shall be <br />transported only by a transporter licensed and permitted for transportation <br />of hazardous materials. Hazardous matrial shall be disposed of in an EPA - <br />approved and permitted facility specifically designated for hazardous waste <br />disposal. <br />2.7 NOISE: Make the maximum use of low-no13e-emission products as certified <br />by the EPA. Blasting or use of explosives will not be permitted without <br />written permission from the Contracting Officer, and then only during <br />the designated times. <br />2.8 HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATION: Handle generated hazardous waste in <br />accorrdance with 40 CFR 262. <br />2.9 HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL: Dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with <br />40 CFR 263 and 40 CFR 264. <br />2.10 RECYCLABLE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL: Handle recyclable hazardous material in <br />accordance with Chapter 6.5 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code. <br />***END OF SECTION*** <br />
