C] <br />• <br />PRC personnel will collect native soil samples beneath the tank or piping invert at the interface <br />of the native soil and backfill material. It is likely that these samples will be collected in the <br />range of 2 to 4 feet beneath the tank or piping. However, to allow for field conditions, PRC <br />does not want to limit itself to the 2 to 4 foot range as requested. Actual sample depths will be <br />selected in the field in order to collect soil samples representative of site conditions. <br />7) Enclosed you will find the Authorization to Release form. This must be completed, <br />signed by the operator of the facility, and returned with your resubmittals. <br />The completed Authorization to Release Form will be returned with resubmittals. <br />8) Enclosed you will also find the Underground Tank Disposition Tracking Record. I have <br />completed the first section. Please complete the remaining three sections to the extent <br />possible PRIOR TO REMOVAL and return it with the other resubmittals. <br />The completed Underground Tank Disposition Tracking Record will be returned with <br />resubmittals. <br />9) If the tank and piping are going to be decontaminated please state who will be <br />performing the decon and their complete address. You will also need to submit the name <br />and address of the company who will be hauling the rinsate, and the name and address <br />of the facility receiving the rinsate. A copy of the rinsate manifest must be onsite at the <br />time of removal. <br />Riedel Environmental Services, Inc. will be decontaminating the tank and piping.
