MATERIALS VERIFY: <br />The crane used was a 75 ton crane. All of the necessary documentation was given to <br />Don Valentine. Hertz sent over a low bed to transfer the AST. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />C. METHODS OR PROCEDURES OBSERVED: <br />The crane set up kitty corner to the AST and used a number of straps to hook onto <br />the AST. All of the straps were inspected prior to using. An expection of the <br />crane was conducted. The crane passed with flying colors. The AST was lifted onto <br />the low bed then transferred to the 330 location. The crane backed kitty corner to <br />the concrete pad and placed the AST into place without any incidence. <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------.---------------- <br />D. WORKMANSHIP OBSERVED: <br />All work completed in a very professional manner. No accidents or incidences <br />occurred. Concrete did not crack, AST was placed very gently on the pad. The 7 <br />day break test results, 3480 psi. <br />E. SAFETY OBSERVED: <br />All safety rules were followed to the tee.
