Concrete arrived at an <br />approximate 211:slump. Placement was from the chute of the concrete truck. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />C. METHODS OR PROCEDURES -OBSERVED: <br />Concrete was placed in a manner consistant with proper concrete placement. Final <br />finish was smooth in appearance and pleasing to the eye. A couple of minor rock <br />pockets were noticed and repaired. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />D. WORKMANSHIP OBSERVED: <br />workmanship was very professional. SAFETY OBSERVED: <br />All safety regulations were observed. There were a couple of times where hard hats <br />were not worn. Not a problem.
