Scrivner, Inc., (Employer) considers the following work <br />rules, guidelines, and work performance important <br />responsibilities. They are essential to the proper <br />management of our business and to ensure that employees work <br />together effectively. When these rules and guidelines are <br />not followed, or the employee's work performance is below <br />company standards, written disciplinary warnings may be <br />issued. Possession of firearms or other dangerous weapons on <br />Company premises without proper authorization. <br />7. Possession, drinking, using, selling, or being under <br />the influence of drugs or alcohol during working <br />hours. The Company has the right to request a <br />chemical analysis or other test of beverages, <br />medicines, or drugs that are brought onto Employer's <br />premises. If you appear to be under the influence of <br />intoxicating beverages or illegal drugs, you may be <br />asked to submit to an impartial medical examination. <br />
