Committing any act of violence, threats or <br />intimidation, fighting or using abusive or profane <br />language on Company premises. <br />5. Theft, unauthorized removal, or willful damage of <br />property belonging to the Company, employees of the <br />Company or customers of the Company. <br />6. Possession of firearms or other dangerous weapons on <br />Company premises without proper authorization. <br />7. Possession, drinking, using, selling, or being under <br />the influence of drugs or alcohol during working <br />hours. The Company has the right to request a <br />chemical analysis or other test of beverages, <br />medicines, or drugs that are brought onto Employer's <br />premises. If you appear to be under the influence of <br />intoxicating beverages or illegal drugs, you may be <br />asked to submit to an impartial medical examination. <br />
