8. Whenever there is a work related injury requiring <br />medical treatment, the Company reserves the right to <br />require a drug screen test to determine if the injury <br />was caused by intoxication or being under the <br />influence of drugs. <br />9. Refusal to acknowledge receipt of a disciplinary <br />warning. <br />10. "Horseplay", wrestling, dangerous practical jokes, or <br />throwing of an object. <br />11. Failure to immediately report an on the job injury or <br />accident on the job to your supervisor. <br />12. Disregard of safety rules and practices and security <br />regulations. <br />13. Contributing to unsanitary conditions or poor <br />housekeeping of Company grounds, equipment, <br />machinery, or vehicles. <br />14. Unauthorized operation of machinery and equipment. <br />Operation of any machinery or equipment that you are <br />not trained and authorized to operate. DO NOT <br />ATTEMPT REPAIR WORK ON MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL <br />EQUIPMENT UNLESS YOU ARE TRAINED AND AUTHORIZED BY <br />YOUR SUPERVISOR TO DO SUCH WORK. <br />15. No riders are permitted on any of the equipment, <br />except where seats and safety sear belts are provided <br />for passengers. <br />16 Using Company owned materials, time, equipment or <br />personnel for any unauthorized purpose. <br />17. Unauthorized use of Company telephone. <br />18. Posting or removing any material from Company <br />bulletin boards without approval. <br />19. Unauthorized entry or exit from Company property at <br />any location at any time. <br />20. Substandard or unsatisfactory work performance. <br />21. Repeated absences or tardiness, including unreported <br />absence. <br />
