L <br />22. Leaving the work place without properly notifying <br />your supervisor. <br />23. Gambling, in any form, on the Company premises. <br />24. Distribution of written materials by employees during <br />working time is prohibited, as is distribution of <br />literature in working areas. Littering is <br />prohibited. Solicitation of or by employees during <br />working time in the work place is also prohibited. <br />"Working Time", as used in this rule, excludes meals <br />and break periods. <br />25. Sleeping or deliberately loafing during working <br />hours. <br />26. Sexual or Offensive Harassment - It is the policy of <br />the Employer to provide a work environment free from <br />unwelcome sexual overtones, advances or coercion or <br />racial slurs or other forms of offensive harassment. <br />All employees are expected to refrain from making <br />unsolicited or unwelcome sexual comments or advances <br />toward other or engaging in racial slurs or other <br />forms of offensive harassment. Employees who feel <br />they are the victims of sexual harassment or <br />offensive harassment are to report it to the manager <br />immediately. All complaints will be treated <br />seriously and confidentially and will promptly be <br />investigated. <br />This list is not meant to be all encompassing of all work <br />rules, but rather is illustrative of the type of conduct <br />which will not be tolerated by Employer. There is no <br />substitute for good judgement and common sense. <br />
