Tracy Blvd, Tracy CA Program: UST <br /> 13 Continuous monitoring system for underground piping & UDC is present: CCR 2636 (f)(1) <br /> At time of inspection the following float and chain mechanisms in the UC's were inoperable. <br /> UDC 7/8 Middle float broken <br /> UDC 11 Both floats did not work UDC 15 ( )float did not work <br /> UDC 12 Both floats did not work UDC 16 (W) float did not work <br /> UDC 13 Both floats did not work Gas dispenser at ( ) end of Truck Stop, both <br /> UDC 14 Both floats did not work floats did not work <br /> All secondary containment, including under-dispenser containment, and under-dispenser spill <br /> control or containment systems shall be equipped with a continuous monitoring system that <br /> either activates an audible and visual alarm or stops the flow of product at the dispenser when <br /> it detects a leak. Immediately replace/repair floats in all UC's under permit from this office. <br /> 23 Designated Operator: Monthly Inspections: CCR 2715 (c-e) <br /> At time of inspection, November 2007 monthly inspection report performed by the designated <br /> operator was not available for review. Designated UST operator shall perform monthly visual <br /> inspections and record the results in a monthly inspection report. The designated operator <br /> shall provide the owner/operator with a copy of the monthly inspection report and the owner/ <br /> operator shall maintain a copy onsite for 12 months for review. Begin this practice <br /> immediately. Within 30 days of receipt of this inspection report, provide this office with a copy <br /> the November 2007 monthly inspection report. <br /> 23 Designated Operator: Employee training: CCR 2715 (f) <br /> At time of inspection 2 areas were seen by inspector that appeared to have diesel spillage on <br /> the ground near the vehicle fueling area. Inspector asked employee if they were fuel spills. <br /> Employee said," yes they appeared to be" as he put absorbent on both areas. Absorbent was <br /> left on the 2 areas for approximately 4 hours after repeated request by inspector regarding spill <br /> cleanup. Although there are records employees have received necessary spill cleanup training, <br /> It was demonstrated to inspector employees are not implementing training.
