The home located on proposed Parcel 2 also has an on-site <br /> sewage disposal system consisting of a septic tank and leech lines <br /> located due 6 of the house with a well located directly behind <br /> or north of the house. According to the owners, the septic systems <br /> for both residences have performed adequately and not presented any <br /> noticeable problems. <br /> There are several neighbors that are in reasonably close <br /> proximity to the subject property. Three of these neighbors were <br /> able to be interviewed and this information is presented next: <br /> OWNER: Kackley <br /> ADDRESS: 8190 French Camp Rd. <br /> LOCATION: S.E. from proposed split <br /> AGE OF HOME: 70 years <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, utilizing a 3000 gallon tank for septic <br /> disposal . The owner has had no problems with the <br /> system. <br /> OWNER: DeGraf <br /> ADDRESS: 8901 E. French Camp Rd. <br /> LOCATION: East approximately 500 yards. <br /> AGE OF HOME: 1 year <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, utilizing gravity septic system with 2-80 ' <br /> leech lines with 2-20 , dry wells. The owner has <br /> experienced no problems with the system. <br /> OWNER: Degraf (brother) <br /> ADDRESS: 8901 E. French Camp rd. <br /> LOCATION: East approximately 500 yards. <br /> AGE OF HOME: 50 years <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, the original septic system has been <br /> reconstructed approximately 10 years ago. The <br /> septic system includes a 50 , leech line. The owner <br /> has had no problems with existing system. <br /> V.
