• f <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Sample Handling - The groundwater samples will be labeled with the sample identifier, location, <br /> sampler's name, and time and date of sample collection using a black indelible marking pen. The <br /> samples collected will be recorded on a Sample Management/Chain-of-Custody form which tracks the <br /> samples from time of collection to delivery at the analytical Iaboratory. All information recorded on the <br /> Sample Management/Chain-of-Custody form will be entered in ink. Samples will be placed into an ice- <br /> filled cooler and transported to Kiff Analytical for analysis. <br /> i <br /> Decontamination - Drilling and sampling equipment will be decontaminated between borings. I <br /> Drilling equipment will be steam cleaned; sampling equipment will be washed with a solution of <br /> Alconox soap and triple rinsed, with the final rinse consisting of de-ionized water. <br /> Data Management <br /> ATC will perform.quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) checks on the analytical data.. This <br /> will include reviewing the results of QA/QC samples submitted for analyses, and QA/QC checks <br /> performed by the analytical laboratory. Data qualifiers will be added to the analytical data where <br /> necessary. <br /> The data obtained from the chemical analyses will be evaluated to assess the impact of the releases <br /> on groundwater quality. <br /> Reporting <br /> { <br /> ATC will submit, upon completion of each monitoring event, quarterly reports, which will discuss and <br /> interpret the field program and laboratory analytical results. ATC will evaluate the presence or absence <br /> of on-site chemical contamination and make recommendations, as appropriate. The reports will be , <br /> completed within three weeks after receipt of analytical data. ' <br /> The first report will include a description of the well installation procedures, the boring logs, and well <br /> construction details.
