The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for DIAMOND GAS AND FOOD MART as of May11, 2020 . On the 12/21 /18 , 1 /21 /19 , 2/22/19 , 3/22/19 , 4/20/19 and 5/20/19 designated operator ( DO ) inspection report under - Section I The DO failed to write the CERS ID On the 11 /21 /18 and 10/29/18 designated operator ( DO ) inspection report under - Section I The DO failed to write the CERS ID and zip code - Section III The DO failed to add a description to all the components marked N /A from section VII through XI . During the designated operator inspection , the designated operator shall review the alarm history for the previous month , check that each alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in response to any alarms to the monthly report. U7 UDC 3/4 has been going in and out of sensor out alarm since last monitoring system certification . The service technician tested the sensor and it went into fuel alarm and shut down the turbines however while the technician was still on site the sensor went into sensor out alarm . The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases .
