The original'Permitted <br /> Use With Improvement Plan' has been divided into 'Permitted Use, (P) and <br /> 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' (PI). <br /> SECTION 7 Changes in Table 9-305.3 for accessory uses in residential zones. The original <br /> 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' has been divided into'Permitted Use' (P) <br /> and 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' (PI). In addition, Horse Raising and <br /> Private Stable were added to permit a limited number of horses in the Rural <br /> Residential and Very Low Density Residential Zones as had formerly been <br /> permitted in the Planning Title. Second Unit Dwelling was added to identify this <br /> use as an accessory use. <br /> SECTION 8 Changes in Table 9-305.4 for temporary uses in residential zones. The original <br /> 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' has been divided into'Permitted Use, (P) <br /> and 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' (PI). <br /> SECTION 9 Addition to the Special Use Regulations for Residential Zones to permit <br /> Educational Animal Projects as was formerly permitted in the Planning Title. <br /> SECTION 10 A change in the permitting requirements to allow some commercial uses to be <br /> permitted without Improvement Plans or other conditions.
