PC: 10-15-92 <br /> TA-92-13 <br /> SECTION 16 Addition of provision to permit non-conforming structures in industrial zones to <br /> increase in cases where their non-conformity is based on intrusion into a required <br /> yard only. <br /> SECTION 17 Corrections to Special Use Regulations in agricultural zones. <br /> Under Farm Employee Housing, the first requirement to have the dwellings on <br /> twenty (20) acre parcels was in conflict with the second requirement for the <br /> dwellings to be on an aggregate of twenty (20) acres, which was the intended <br /> requirement. <br /> The Special Use Regulations for cultural exhibits and library services, temporary <br /> farm labor housing, and the sale of farm machinery were in the Planning Trtle and <br /> supposed to be in the Development TnIe, but had been left out. <br /> SECTION 18 A change in the permitting requirements to allow some agricultural uses to be <br /> permitted without Improvement Plans or other conditions. The original'Permitted <br /> Use With Improvement Plan' has been divided into 'Permitted Use' (P) and <br /> 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' (PI). Some uses that could reasonably <br /> be allowed in agricultural zones were added. <br /> SECTION 19 A change in the permitting requirements to allow some accessory uses to be <br /> permitted without Improvement Plans or other conditions. The original'Permitted <br /> Use With Improvement Plan' has been divided into 'Permitted Use' (P) and <br /> 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' (PI). Second Unit Dwelling was added <br /> to identify this use as an accessory use. Some uses that could reasonably be <br /> allowed in agricultural zones were added. <br /> SECTION 20 A change in the permitting requirements to allow some temporary uses to be <br /> permitted without Improvement Plans or other conditions. The original'Permitted <br /> Use With Improvement Plan' has been divided into 'Permitted Use' (P) and <br /> 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' (PI). Some uses that could reasonbly be <br /> allowed in agricultural zones were added. <br /> SECTION 21 'Educational Services, General' was added to area exceptions for speck uses <br /> in the agricultural zones. <br /> SECTION 22 Addition of provision to permit non-conforming structures in agricultural zones to <br /> increase in cases where their non-conformity is based on intrusion into a required <br /> yard only. <br /> SECTION 23 A change in the permitting requirements to allow some special purpose uses to <br /> be permitted without Improvement Plans or other conditions. The original <br /> 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' has been divided into"Permitted Use' (P) <br /> and 'Permitted Use With Improvement Plan' (PI).
