CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-23 <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> 3. Local Health District <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District. <br /> 4. Pacific Bell <br /> a. A copy of the letter received in response to this <br /> application is attached for your review. <br /> 5. Air Pollution Control District <br /> a. A copy of the letter received in response to this <br /> application is attached for your review. <br /> 6. Planning Division <br /> a. The Planning Division has reviewed the above-noted <br /> application and recommends approval subject to the <br /> following conditions of approval: <br /> 1. All on-site parking, drives , and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be surfaced with a minimum 2-1/2 inches of <br /> asphaltic concrete paving over six (6) inches of <br /> rock base , or as. specified by the Department of <br /> Public Works. All such areas shall be properly <br /> striped to effect orderly use and circulation , in <br /> conformance with the Improvement Plan. <br /> 2. The forty-six (46) off-site parking spaces , located <br /> in the Stockton Terminal and Eastern Railroad <br /> right-of-way, shall also be surfaced with a minimum <br /> of 2-1/2 inches of asphaltic concrete paving over <br /> six (6) inches of rock base or as specified by the <br /> Department of Public Works , striped to effect <br /> orderly use , and shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 3. The property owner shall maintain a minimum 10-1/2 <br /> foot setback from centerline of the railroad tracks <br /> for parking adjacent to the Stockton Terminal and <br /> Eastern Railroad as shown on the site plan. The <br /> Improvement Plan shall include barricade details to <br /> maintain the setback distance. There shall be no <br /> storage in areas designated for parking when the <br /> plant is in operation. <br />
