Board of Housing Appeals ..eeting <br /> Staff Report — 2077 E. Webb St., Stockton <br /> 09/21/09 EHD staff spoke with Charlotte regarding the clean-up process. Charlotte <br /> stated she would focus clean-up on the house before clearing the backyard. <br /> 09/28/09 Charlotte came to the EHD office to ask for more time to clean up the house. <br /> Another permission slip was given. <br /> 10/13/09 Charlotte came to the EHD office to get another permission slip. She stated <br /> that she had not got much done because of some recent bad luck. <br /> 10/28/09 Charlotte came to the EHD office to get another permission slip. She said <br /> she had little help in cleaning up so the process had been slow. EHD staff <br /> explained that a site status check would be needed soon to check on <br /> progress. <br /> 11/16/09 Charlotte came to the EHD office again to get a permission slip. EHD staff <br /> advised her that an inspection would be needed soon to check on progress. <br /> 11/24/09 A site status check was made but no one was at the site. There was an <br /> accumulation of items on the front porch and on the west side of the <br /> property. <br /> 12/03/09 Charlotte called the EHD for another permission slip. She said she had jury <br /> duty and was sick so she was unable to clean-up last month. <br /> 01/05/10 Charlotte came to the EHD office for a permission slip. An inspection was <br /> scheduled for January 8, 2010. <br /> 01/08/10 A site status check was made with Charlotte. The house had an <br /> accumulation of items everywhere throughout the house. The wall furnace <br /> was not functional and the fireplace had items all around it. A permission <br /> slip was given for continued work. <br /> 02/03/10 Charlotte came to the EHD office for a permission slip. She said they threw <br /> away some items, but still has a lot more work to do. <br /> 03/03/10 Charlotte called for a permission slip. <br /> 04/06/10 Charlotte came to the EHD office to get a permission slip. She stated that <br /> she would be finished with the clean-up by the end of the month. <br /> 06/28/10 EHD staff called and left messages on the four phone numbers noted in the <br /> file. <br /> 07/09/10 Charlotte came to the EHD office to get a permission slip. She said the wall <br /> furnace was no longer blocked by items, but it did not function. A recent <br /> back injury had caused the clean-up to stall. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
