Board of Housing Appeals ...eeting <br /> Staff Report — 2077 E. Webb St., Stockton <br /> 08/06/10 Charlotte called to update EHD staff. She said she had been unable to <br /> clean-up and finish the work. She said she would try to finish over the <br /> weekend and call EHD for an update. <br /> 09/17/10 EHD staff called phone numbers on file and left messages. <br /> 09/24/10 A site status check was attempted but no contact was made. <br /> 12/29/10 EHD staff called phone numbers on file and left messages. <br /> 01/04/11 A letter from the EHD mailed certified to the owner advised that if action was <br /> not taken within thirty (30) days to correct the violations, the case would be <br /> scheduled for the next Board of Housing Appeals (BONA) meeting. <br /> 01/06/11 Charlotte came to the EHD office to update staff. She said she had the flu <br /> and could not clean up the property. EHD staff tried to schedule an <br /> inspection for the following week, but Charlotte said she would contact EHD <br /> in two weeks to make an appointment for inspection. <br /> 02/08/11 Charlotte came to the EHD office to get a permission slip. She said she had <br /> been sick again. Staff tried to schedule an inspection, but Charlotte said she <br /> was not ready for inspection. <br /> 03/08/11 EHD staff and Charlotte discussed what needed to be done to correct the <br /> violations. Charlotte said she would obtain storage space and move items <br /> from the house. She was also told to put a plan together, implement it and <br /> the case would be removed from the scheduled BOHA meeting. <br /> 03/09/11 EHD staff spoke with Charlotte. She said she rented a storage unit and had <br /> boxes to store items in. Charlotte was advised to call the following week <br /> after clean up was completed and the heater was operating. <br /> 03/21/11 Charlotte called and said PG&E restored the pilot light to the heater, but the <br /> vent was blocked and needed to get fixed before it could be used. She had <br /> been working on straightening up the house. <br /> 03/22/11 EHD staff called Charlotte and left a message. <br /> 03/28/11 EHD staff called Charlotte but the phone rang without an answer. <br /> 04/12/11 EHD staff called Charlotte but the phone rang without an answer. <br /> 04/13/11 EHD staff called Charlotte but the phone rang without an answer. <br /> 04/22/11 EHD staff called Charlotte but the phone rang without an answer. <br /> 05/16/11 Charlotte called and spoke with EHD staff.
