Procedures for the advancement of probe borings are described below in Section 5.2. Select soil samples will be analyzed by a State of California Department of Healfli Services (DHS)-certified laboratory as described in Section 8.0.Laboratory reports forgroundwater analyses,testing methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reports, and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented in a report with the findings and recommmdations. 4.3. HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT AGE will retain MECA Consulting Inc. of Pleasant Hill, California o prepare a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) based on the findings of this and previous investigations performed at the site. The HRA will be utilized to determine potential human health risks posed by impacted soil at the site. The HRA will be prepared as directed by the RWQCB and shall fc llow the general guidance presented in the United States Environmental Protection Agency's Risk Assessment Guidance for Superfund, Part A: Human Health Evaluation Manual, 5.0. FIELD INVESTIGATION To further assess the areas ofpotential concern,AGE proposes to advanc eight probe borings at the various areas of concern. Selected soil and/or `grab' ground water samples will be collected and analyzed for chemicals of concern specific to each location. A report of findings will be submitted to the RWQCB following completion of the field investigation. 5.1.
