Acceptable methods for the analysis of wastewater required in the Wastewater <br />Discharge Permit Self -Monitoring Sample Program shall be limited to those listed in <br />40 CFR Part 136. <br />d. Composite sampling shall be flow proportional and conducted on a continuous 24 <br />hour basis, unless otherwise specified in this permit. Composite samples shall be <br />changed out and restarted after each consecutive 24 hour period. <br />e. Sampling frequency and reporting will be determined on a "case-by-case" basis, but <br />must at least comply with 40 CFR 403.12 (g) "Monitoring and Analysis to <br />Demonstrate Continued Compliance" and any specific categorical requirements. <br />Self-monitoring sample frequencies of once per 3 months shall mean once per <br />calendar quarter (January through March, April through June, July through <br />September and October through December). <br />g. Self-monitoring sample frequencies of once per 6 months shall mean once per <br />calendar 6 month period (January through June and July through December). <br />8. Permittee shall perform all required quality assurance and control procedures as contained <br />within City of Stockton Quality Assurance Manual. <br />9. If more than the required number of samples are taken for analysis, those results shall also <br />be reported to the City of Stockton. Permittee must report all results [40 CFR 403.12(k)(1)). <br />10. The City may use grab samples for the determination of compliance with local limitations and <br />other applicable limits. <br />11. The permittee must notify the City of Stockton, Environmental Control Office, within 24 hours <br />of discovery of any violation with Federal Categorical Pretreatment Standards, State, local <br />limitations or any condition contained within this permit. Permittee shall repeat sampling and <br />pollutant analysis for those which exceeded limitation requirements and shall submit, in <br />writing, the results of this second analysis within 30 days after becoming aware of this <br />violation. The report shall also include all steps taken or to be taken to reduce, eliminate, <br />and prevent recurrence of such violations. <br />12. Permittee shall comply with all reporting requirements contained within the Federal <br />categorical regulations (40 CFR 403.12). At a minimum, unless otherwise specified in this <br />wastewater discharge permit, semi-annual reports must be submitted to the City by January <br />10th and July 10th (for the previous six month period). <br />13. Information and data on a permittee obtained from reports, questionnaires, permit <br />applications, permits and monitoring programs and from inspections shall be available to the <br />
