The following are <br /> brief descriptions of the major organizational levels. <br /> President/Laboratory Director: <br /> The President/Laboratory Director is responsible for all <br /> laboratory operations, including the selection and promotion <br /> of staff, the purchasing of major instruments, and the <br /> ' interpretation of methods.
