Juan Ramirez states he <br /> stopped using this five years ago. The parts washer drum is approximately seventy-five percent full of <br /> dark oily looking liquid. Juan Ramirez states he will have Safety Kleen dispose of this as hazardous <br /> waste. The parts washer drum of dark oily liquid was left open. All hazardous waste containers shall be <br /> closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close this hazardous waste <br /> container and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> 605 & 701. The parts washer is stored outside in the hazardous waste storage area. Juan Ramirez <br /> states he stopped using this five years ago. The parts washer drum is approximately seventy-five <br /> percent full of dark oily looking liquid. Juan Ramirez states he will have Safety Kleen dispose of this as <br /> hazardous waste. This container of hazardous waste lacked the required labeling for containers of <br /> hazardous waste. This hazardous waste has been on site for over five years. All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the <br /> manifest to the EHD by December 30, 2012. <br /> 610. The secondary containment spill control equipment for the two 55 gallon drums of used oil have <br /> almost an inch of spilled oil in it. This secondary spill control equipment is about three feet wide, by six <br /> feet long, and about as tall as the two 55 gallon drums contained within it. The secondary spill control <br /> equipment also has approximately five used oil filters laying in the spilled oil. Used oil filters must be <br /> stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br /> accumulation start date.
