Vintage's management <br />will notify applicable local, state and federal agencies <br />!![Ilip1C1L`1(��►�Ti 17L17 0Zl7T <br />4.1 Definitions <br />INCIPIENT FIRE FIGHTING - An incipient stage fire is a fire that is in the initial or <br />beginning stage which can be controlled and extinguished by portable (hand -portable or <br />wheeled) fire extinguishers or small hose systems, without the need for protective <br />clothing or respiratory protection equipment. <br />STRUCTURAL FIREFIGHTING - Interior or exterior firefighting beyond the incipient <br />stage, requiring properly trained and equipped firefighters using firefighter protective <br />clothing, respiratory protection equipment, and more advanced firefighting equipment <br />and tactics. <br />MINOR INCIDENT - An incipient stage fire, minor explosion, or minor gas release <br />which can be controlled by available Vintage personnel and equipment at the scene and <br />which does not pose an unusual health or fire risk to employees or the public. <br />EMERGENCY INCIDENT - A fire, explosion, and/or gas release which: <br />presents an unusual fire or health risk to employees or the public, <br />cannot be controlled by personnel and equipment at the scene, and/or <br />requires an emergency response by trained/equipped employees and/or outside <br />(non -Vintage) resources. <br />4.2 Response Procedures <br />Under no circumstances should employees risk death or serious injury in order to protect <br />property or operations. Vintage personnel responding to minor or emergency incidents <br />involving Fires, Explosions, or Gas Release will adhere to the following priorities: <br />• safety of all personnel, <br />3 <br />
