The rinse hauler is in the revised application <br />4. We are no longer using the pipe penetrations. We will be removing the double line <br />boot entry penetration and replacing it with an APT "DEB -BL -DA" plug blank to seal off <br />the current entry boot. There are not any cut sheets for this part #. I have also attached <br />an email from the Franklin Fueling tech support team stating that there ore not any cut <br />sheets for this part. <br />This should be everything. Please update your scope of work provided with your permit application, "Exhibit A", which needs <br />to reflect your proposed work (detailed in several email correspondences). <br />2. Provide a basic sketch showing which below ground pipes will be removed as part of this permit <br />3. Page 4 of permit application- please provide information for the rinsate hauler (item 5e) <br />4. Provide approval from the penetration manufacturer for penetration abandonment method and for <br />using the proposed schedule 80 pipe inside the existing penetration, and painting it with non - <br />7/6/2015 <br />
