The following items must be addressed prior to permit <br />approval. <br />1. You need to submit the appropriate fees for the installation <br />plan check (Refer to enclosed fee worksheet). <br />2. Please submit equipment and material specification sheets and <br />manufacturer's brochures describing operating and monitoring <br />systems and listing numbers or other evidence of a nationally <br />recognized testing organization approval. <br />3. You need to submit a monitoring response plan in accordance <br />with section 2643 of the California Underground Storage Tank <br />Regulations. <br />4. Contact San Joaquin County Fire Prevention Bureau at 468-2229 <br />to see if an installation permit is required. <br />5. Provide the calculations to determine if the tanks are subject <br />to floatation. <br />6. Complete the contractor section on page 3 of the application <br />for underground tank installation permit. <br />
