4. COWLIANCE LAWS AND all-ANWRDSSSS (a) Compliance. Contractor shall ensure that all work complies with and is performed in strict accordance with applicable federal, state, county, administrative or municipal codes, laws, ordinances, rules or regulations pertaining thereto. If this specification or the drawings, for any reason, do not adhere to the above codes, laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, Contractor shall request instructions from Engineer and complete the work pursuant to such instructions and in strict accordance with such codes, laws, ordinances, rules or regulations. (b) Standards. (a) Should the work as constructed change from original drawings and specification, Contractor shall show such change on a record "As -built" set of drawings. Contractor also shall cause subcontractors to keep a record of such changes and report the changes to Contractor prior to the final inspection. Contractor shall submit all "As -Built" drawings to AT&T prior to the final inspection. OMMW�� (a) Schedule of Values. The Contractor shall submit to AT&T a schedule of values within (7) days after the award of the contract. The Schedule serves as basis for estimating the percentage of work completed by line items and for determining monthly progress payments. The Contractor shall submit to AT&T a progress schedulz within (7) days after the award of contract. This schedule shall be confirmed and updated on a monthly basis.
