4. COWLIANCE LAWS AND all-ANWRDSSSS <br />(a) Compliance. <br />Contractor shall ensure that all work complies with and <br />is performed in strict accordance with applicable <br />federal, state, county, administrative or municipal <br />codes, laws, ordinances, rules or regulations pertaining <br />thereto. If this specification or the drawings, for any <br />reason, do not adhere to the above codes, laws, <br />ordinances, rules or regulations, Contractor shall <br />request instructions from Engineer and complete the work <br />pursuant to such instructions and in strict accordance <br />with such codes, laws, ordinances, rules or regulations. <br />(b) Standards. <br />All work shall also be performed in accordance with <br />certain written standards of good working practice, such <br />as, but not limited to, wAmerican Concrete Institute", <br />"American Iron and steel Institutewj "National Fire <br />Protection Associatedw. <br />:0 This contract shall be governed by the laws of the Statz <br />of California. <br />(a) Should the work as constructed change from original <br />drawings and specification, Contractor shall show such <br />change on a record "As -built" set of drawings. <br />Contractor also shall cause subcontractors to keep a <br />record of such changes and report the changes to <br />Contractor prior to the final inspection. Contractor <br />shall submit all "As -Built" drawings to AT&T prior to the <br />final inspection. <br />OMMW�� <br />(a) Schedule of Values. <br />The Contractor shall submit to AT&T a schedule of values <br />within (7) days after the award of the contract. The <br />Schedule serves as basis for estimating the percentage of <br />work completed by line items and for determining monthly <br />progress payments. <br />The Contractor shall submit to AT&T a progress schedulz <br />within (7) days after the award of contract.
