I tried your cell phone couple of times after that but it seems to be out of range. Please shift your schedule one day forward (18th break out, 19th test) since I'll not be in the office between 13th to the 17th. I need to be there to witness corrosion protection for the riser (and the spill bucket if it has any metal parts) that's (will be) in contact with soil, backfill, or pea gravel. That shouldn't be long, 10 minutes. Please schedule a time for me to come out. On the 19th (or whenever), I need to come out and witness the leak test.
