Addressed later <br />As hazardous conditions are encountered they will be addressed at <br />such time. These situations will be documented in the supervisors <br />"HAZARD CHECKLIST". Priorities will be determined by the <br />severity of the hazards identified. Employees will be protected <br />from imminent hazards by the use of lockouts or other means <br />of adequately preventing employees from exposure. <br />When safety hazards are corrected, the action taken will be <br />indicated on the "HAZARD CHECKLIST", which <br />will then be signed and <br />dated by the individual who made the corrections. <br />4. OCCUPATIONAL - . <br />PROGRAMS I <br />All new employees will be provided a safety orientation during their <br />first day on the job. Their supervisor will conduct the orientation. It <br />will cover all company safety rules and the safe practices required <br />for their job assignment. At this time a "CODE OF SAFE <br />PRACTICES" will be given to the new employee. <br />
