Pembo Road. The property directly across Grant Line Road is currently used for agricultural <br />purposes. Several commercial facilities are located southwesterly of the site adjacent to the <br />intersection of GAnt Line Road and Toste Road.. <br />The site, at the time of our field exploration, was relatively flat, vacant and vegetated with a light <br />covering of native grasses and weeds.
