Based on facility <br /> manifests reviewed at the time of inspection, used oil was last picked up from the facility on 4/5/19. <br /> -An open 55-gallon hazardous waste poly drum containing used oil (with the drain pan sitting on top of the drum), <br /> located in the outdoor chemical storage area,was labeled with two different accumulation start dates, 2/6/18 and <br /> 10/31/18(IMG 5675-8). Based on facility manifests reviewed at the time of inspection, used oil was last picked up <br /> from the facility on 4/5/19. <br /> -A 55-gallon blue hazardous waste poly drum containing used oil, located in the outdoor chemical storage area,was <br /> labeled with two different accumulation start dates,4/26/18 and 4/24/19 (IMG 5682-3).
