1.0 Introduction Version :27.10.4 <br /> Agency Review/Revision Requirements <br /> 9 1 TIMING FOR NG FOR SUBMISSIONS <br /> GENCY ' PLAN REVIEWS OF SIGNIFICANT PLAN <br /> REVISIONS <br /> EPA Periodically butnot to exceed five (5)years. 60 days <br /> OSPR Periodically but not to exceed five (5)years. 30 days <br /> EPA Requires any significant changes (see below) that materially may affect the <br /> response to a Worst Case Discharge to be submitted within 60 days of the <br /> change to the EPA's Regional Office [40 CFR 112.20(d)(1)]. If the Facility is <br /> a significant and substantial harm facility, EPA will review the Plan <br /> periodically (not to exceed five years). The Facility will submit non-material <br /> changes to EPA as the revisions occur. <br /> OSPR The Facility is required to submit changes within 24 hours of the change to <br /> the OSPR Administrator. Significant changes are ones that could affect <br /> timely and adequate oil spill response. Changes which are not significant <br /> include, minor changes in equipment, personnel, or operating procedures. <br /> All plans shall be resubmitted for review once every five (5) years from the <br /> date of the most recent approval letter.
