PF Job Description Environnnental Health and Safety Manager <br /> III. Additional Responsibilities <br /> • Perform other work related tasks as required and assigned by President or VP. <br /> • Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential ` <br /> resistance. <br /> • Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment. <br /> • May respond to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving <br /> immediate safety/security concerns. <br /> IV. Qualifications <br /> • Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate that the <br /> essential functions of the job can be performed. <br /> • Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Occupational, Health & Safety sciences or minimum of 3 <br /> years' experience in an Environmental Health and Safety position. <br /> • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong written and verbal skills <br /> required. <br /> • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office including Excel and Word). <br /> • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. <br /> V. Working Conditions <br /> • Willing to work different shifts. <br /> ® Ability to lift 50 pounds. <br /> o Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, standing and walking significant <br /> distances. <br /> • Work may be performed within extreme temperature ranges. �. .- <br /> VI.
