CA ARNG Field Quality Assurance Project Plan <br />Health and Safety Data Sheet <br />9.1.9.10 Health and safety information will be obtained at each borehole and recorded on the Health <br />and Safety Screening Data Sheet (Figure 9-6 at the end of the section). Hata to be recorded includes: <br />• Boring ID; <br />• Screener's initials; <br />• Date; <br />• Time; <br />• Depth; <br />• PID reading; <br />• Flame ionization detector (FID) reading (if applicable); <br />• Combustible gas indicator (CGI) reading (if applicable); and <br />• Detector tube results (if applicable). <br />Well Development Data Sheets <br />9.1.9.11 Well development data will be -recorded on the well development log. An example of the well <br />development log is shown in Figure 9-7 at the end of the section. Data to be recorded includes the <br />following: - - <br />• Static water level; <br />• Depth to water after development; <br />• Standing water column; <br />• Well and purge volumes; <br />• Development method; <br />• Time; <br />• Field parameters measured (including pH, SC, turbidity); <br />• Any conditions that may affect development (including estimated permeability of saturated <br />materials); <br />• Weather conditions; and <br />• Equipment calibration information. <br />field QAPP_DOC 9-15 May 2000 <br />
