S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> u ; i y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> RIPON TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR 1 1022 FRONTAGE RD, RIPON June 12, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> The following were observed in the shop: <br /> -Secondary containment for used oil was observed with approximately 1 inch of used oil. <br /> All facility spill control equipment shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in <br /> time of emergency. <br /> Immediately remove used oil in secondary containment and provide statement or documentation to EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> The follow were observed inside the shop: <br /> -One black 55 gallon container with used oil observed with an open lid in hazardous waste storage area. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon container with used oil observed with an open lid in hazardous waste storage area. <br /> -Two 55 gallon containers with used antifreeze observed with an open lid in hazardous waste storage area. <br /> -One blue 5 gallon bucket with used oil observed with no lid in the middle of the shop. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br /> Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or <br /> removing waste.
