Name of Company representative checking in the decedents <br /> viii. The space number in the refrigeration unit where the decedents are placed, using <br /> the first cell of"Space Nbr." on the log for the initial placement. <br /> ix. If decedents must be moved from one space to another within the refrigeration <br /> unit, write the subsequent space number in the second cell of"Space Nbr." on <br /> the same line. <br /> 4. When checking decedents out of the refrigeration unit, record the below information in <br /> the Checked Out section of the Refrigeration Overflow Loy(FIN-CS086). <br /> a. Date and time checked out <br /> b. Name of Company representative checking out the decedents <br /> c. Purpose for check out from refrigeration unit <br /> 5.
