KPQ Document Number: 909 R 5003 <br />GROUP <br />Procedure Rev: 12 Date: 1/22/13 <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br />• Lehr Lube Storage Area — 1 oily solid waste, 1 Waste Oil, and 1 Aerosol <br />Cans <br />• Lehr — 3 for oily Solid Waste on the south and north Lehr, and 1 at the <br />Lehr Basement <br />• Crusher 1: 1 Oily Solid Waste <br />• Wareroom - 1 aerosol cans <br />• Main mechanic shop - 1 for waste oil, and 1 for oily waste solids, and 1 for <br />Aerosol Cans <br />• Hot end mechanic shop — 1 for oily waste solids and one for aerosol cans <br />• Tank Basement- 1 Oily waste solids for Hydraulic Pump Clean-up <br />Type of Hazardous Waste <br />The facility's primary hazardous waste streams are: <br />• Non-RCRA waste oil - off-site fuel blending <br />• Non-RCRA oily waste solids - direct landfill - AL7838 <br />• RCRA waste - solvents associated with Safety-Kleen part washers <br />(contract service) <br />Secondary waste streams are: <br />• Waste Paint Related Materials and cleaning solvents <br />• Battery Acid Clean-up (Leaking) Lead Acid Battery) Neutralized with soda <br />ash <br />• Aerosol Cans <br />• Universal Waste( Lamps, electronic waste, alkaline batteries, etc) <br />Waste profiles of the primary waste streams are found in this section. Profiles of all <br />hazardous waste are maintained in the EHS Technician's office. <br />Training <br />Employee training related to the management of hazardous waste and chemical <br />releases are covered in the facility's EHS Training Matrix and the position job <br />descriptions. <br />H:\profile\My Documents\500 E.
