U <br />67 <br />STANDARD CONDITIONS FOR ALL OIL AND GAS OR GAS USE PERMITS <br />OR <br />DEVELOPP1EPNT PLANS <br />1. The permit is limited to the duration of the ownership or lease of <br />the subject property by the permittee, or his successors, and shall <br />expire when the permittee, or his successors, relinquishes said <br />ownership or lease or the right develop said property in the <br />manner desc-ri',-,oed in the application or when said ownership or lease <br />is otherwise terminated. <br />- <br />2. permit may be transferred to another owner or lessee, subject <br />to the followiny conditions: <br />a) That the Planning Department is notified in writing of the <br />proposed transfer at least two weeks before the date of a <br />transfer and approves the same; <br />b) That each and every condition of the permit shall be <br />applicable to the transferee; <br />-bond- <br />Qf-thgga--Condll�� <br />3. Adequate fire fighting equipment shall be maintained on the premises <br />at all times during the drilling and production operations, in <br />conformity with a1l applicable local and State regulations,, <br />4. Suitable, and adequate sanitary toilet and washing facilities shall <br />be maintaine(.5 in a clean and sanitary condition at all times, in <br />accordzince with all applicable local and state regillations. <br />S . If a producing well is not secured within twelve (12) months from <br />the date of the issuance of a perm, ..t, the permit shall expire and <br />the premises shall be restored to their original condition insofar <br />as it is practicable to do so. Upon application to the Planning <br />Department and upon showing good cause, additional time may be <br />allowed and the permit may be extended. <br />6. 1,111 drilling and production operations shall be conducted in such Ej <br />manner as to eliminate, as far as practicable, dust, noise, vibrat.;'. .: . i <br />or noxious odors, and shall be in accordance with the best. acce,otC;-_ <br />practices incident to oil and gas drilling operations. <br />7. The derrick used in connection with the drilling of any well sha13 <br />be remove - d within ninety (90) days after completion or abandonment <br />of such well, except on showing good cause. <br />B. That unattended sumps shall be enclosed by an adequate fence main- <br />tained in good repair during drilling operations. , <br />9. Upon expiration of this permit or abandonment by the applicant, or <br />the abandonment of any well or other facility, the premises shall <br />be restored by said applicant to the conditions existing prior to <br />the issuance of said permit, as nearly as practicable to do so. <br />
