U 67 STANDARD CONDITIONS FOR ALL OIL AND GAS OR GAS USE PERMITS OR DEVELOPP1EPNT PLANS 1. The permit is limited to the duration of the ownership or lease of the subject property by the permittee, or his successors, and shall expire when the permittee, or his successors, relinquishes said ownership or lease or the right develop said property in the manner desc-ri',-,oed in the application or when said ownership or lease is otherwise terminated. - 2. permit may be transferred to another owner or lessee, subject to the followiny conditions: a) That the Planning Department is notified in writing of the proposed transfer at least two weeks before the date of a transfer and approves the same; b) That each and every condition of the permit shall be applicable to the transferee; -bond- Qf-thgga--Condll�� 3. Upon expiration of this permit or abandonment by the applicant, or the abandonment of any well or other facility, the premises shall be restored by said applicant to the conditions existing prior to the issuance of said permit, as nearly as practicable to do so.
