Waste Management Act of 1990. The City of Stockton accepts only sterilized infectious
wastes which have been secured in apprcvriately labeled red plastic bags.
The site does not accept anti-neoplastics, recognizable anatomical remains, viable
microbiology cultures, nor fetal remains. Sterilized infectious waste in these red plastic
bags are immediately covered by the landfill operator with either refuse or dirt as soon as
they are received at the landfill working face.
R.W.Beck and Associates
City o`.Sato^
1811.002
