Wood bros continued to grade the Drainage aggregate for the LCRS system utilizing the D6LGP with a laser set-up and a laborer watching for wrinkles. Wood Bros continued placement of operations on the middle portion of Module 1 utilizing two 623 paddle wheel scrapers and a D6LGP with a laborer to spread the material. Wood Bros started a second crew at 4 a.m. thru 12:30 then 12:30 until 9:00p.m. The second crew stockpiled material on approved subgrade. Wood Brothers brought in light plants for night time work. Surveyors Group Inc. verified thickness on drainage aggregate in the middle southwestern portion of the floor in Module 1. 0 D&E seamed tie in seams in the morning and performed repairs and air tests in the afternoon. D&E performed general clean up around the site. Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA attended the weekly construction meeting at North County. CQA observed placement and grading of the LCRS drainage aggregate and operations layer material. CQA observed and logged start-up's, seaming, air tests and repairs on the liner materials. CQA marked and pulled 5 destructive samples with all meeting the required specifications. CQA performed a sieve analysis on the drainage aggregate and 2 on the operations material. Vector discussed with Wood Bros. Surveyors will be back on site next week to verify thickness on more drainage aggregate. CQA will need to be on site at 4:00am. To observe operations placement.
