Wood <br />Bros. continued to grade the drainage aggregate utilizing a D6LGP with a laser set-up and a laborer watching <br />for wrinkles. Wood Bros continued placement of operations material on the floor of Module 1 utilizing 3- <br />623 paddle wheel scrapers and a 2- D6 dozers with 2- laborers to spread the material. Wood bros. hit the <br />liner twice with the D6LGP dozer. Wood Bros. continued to weld the 18" primary riser pipe. Wood Bros <br />continued to finish grade the operations layer in the northwest corner utilizing the Case Tractor with scraper <br />box and laser set-up. <br />0 <br />D&E installed and seamed filter geotextile and geocomposite on areas approved for deployment. D&E <br />deployed a total of approximately 70,000ft2 of geotextile on the eastern and southern floor of Module 1. <br />D&E deployed, zip tied and sewn seamed the composite on the northern slope. D&E deployed a total of <br />approximately 40,000ft2 geocomposite. D&E performed a repair to the liner where wood Bros. hit it with the <br />dozer. <br />Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA attended the weekly construction meeting. CQA observed placement and <br />grading of the LCRS drainage aggregate and operations layer material from stockpile A. CQA observed <br />start-up, repair and vacuum testing of repair made to liner system. CQA observed deployment and seaming <br />of geotextile and geocomposite materials deployed. CQA performed 2- #200 washes on the operations <br />material. CQA walked and marked skip stitches for repair on the geocomposite and geotextile materials <br />deployed. CQA performed density tests on the anchor trench backfill with tests meeting the minimum <br />requirements for compaction and moisture content. <br />Vector discussed with Wood Bros Do not cover the repairs needing to be performed on the geotextile and composite. CQA asked D&E when <br />they were going to fix the 2nd liner damage repair on the toe of south slope. D&E said next week CQA reminded that there was a chance of rain <br />tomorrow..
