Wood Bros <br />continued to finish grade the operations layer utilizing the Case Tractor with scraper box and laser set-up. <br />Wood Bros welded the valve for the isolation area detail. <br />D&E installed and seamed geocomposite on the easternslo a and geotextile filter fabric on the floor of <br />Module 1. D&E deployed a total of approximately 32,550 of geocomposite and a total of approximately <br />45,000ft2 of geotextile. <br />Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA observed placement and grading of the operations layer material from <br />stockpile 2. CQA observed deployment and seaming of geocomposite and geotextile materials deployed. <br />CQA observed Wood Bros drained the water from under the liner and will let it set until Monday due to <br />running water on top of the liner system from rain this morning. CQA detected water between the GCL and <br />liner. CQA informed the Engineer, County and Wood Bros. Wood Bros. Had D&E cut the liner and utilized <br />a shop vacuum to pump the water from under the liner. Due to pending rain and run off of yesterdays rain the <br />entire area was not uncovered. It will be opened up on Monday.
